NAC-AEP
The National Arts Council-Arts Education Programme (NAC-AEP) provides all students with access to quality arts education experiences.
The NAC-AEP makes available 1,500 arts programmes by various artists and arts groups that range across six different art forms - Dance, Music, Theatre, Literary Arts, Visual Arts and Digital Media - and fall into three categories - Exposure, Excursion and Experience.
All approved programmes are assessed biannually with the help of an expert panel and listed in the NAC-AEP Programme Directory for MOE Primary & Secondary Schools, Junior Colleges & Centralised institutes to purchase at a subsidy through the Tote Board Arts Grant. Schools may purchase these programmes by contacting the artist or arts group directly from the Directory.

Introduction to cajon
Introduction to Cajon is a percussion programme that introduces students to the history and culture of the Cajon and the basics of Cajon playing. Students will get to create their own rhythms and apply these rhythmic grooves to suitable pop songs, enhancing their music listening skills and fostering their appreciation for rhythms. Students will get to work together in small groups, and collectively as a class to perform the songs.

Fun with Percussion!
Designed for preschool kids, each child will get to explore the world through music and movement & music making. Students will get to explore and express themselves freely through music & movement. They will also enhance their motor skills through playing classroom percussion instruments. Basic musical concepts like tempo, dynamics will be covered. Develop the student’s passion in music making through creative play.

Fun with Music!
Explore the world with Ritmo's Fun with Music! Designed for preschoolers, each child will get to explore the world through music and movement. Musical Journey Around The World
Ritmo’s Musical Journey around the World is a music and movement programme designed for preschoolers and will expose students to representative songs of various cultural music - Chinese, Korean, Polynesian, Middle Eastern, Celtic and more. They will get to move along and play percussion instruments along with a different culture each week.

Self-expession through Percussion
This programme introduces students with special needs a way to express themselves through music making. To facilitate the learning journey of children with different impairments, the programme is customised according to their respective needs and style of learning, such as the suitability of instruments and level of difficulty for each musical activity. Through playing percussion instruments, students will get a chance to work on their sensorimotor skills (eg. gross/fine motor skills) & socio- emotional skills(eg.self awareness, peer collaboration).
